CLOSED: Tote Bag Design Contest

CALLING ALL DESIGNERS!

To celebrate Maine's first in the nation, statewide bag ban, taking effect on Earth Day (4/22/20), the Surfrider Maine Chapter is holding a design contest in which the winning design will be featured on recycled cotton canvas reusable totes!

Surfrider Maine is developing an accessibility program to help financially challenged communities, families, and individuals in Maine get fair and free access to reusable shopping bags. The design selected as the winner in this contest will be printed on the totes to be distributed through this program, and participants in our Earth Day beach cleanup on 4/25/20 will be given the opportunity to purchase the tote at a discounted price.

The remainder of the bags will be available for purchase as a way to support our Chapter.
